Used for daily quality inspection of verifiable sealing machine performance, it can detect deviations in temperature and/or pressure.
The length of the sealing inspection piece is exactly the same as the circumference of the rotating pressure wheel of the continuous sealing machine. Used for daily quality inspection of the performance of continuous medical sealing machines, capable of detecting deviations in temperature and/or pressure.
When customers use sterilization bags to package products, it is necessary to monitor the sealing effect of the sealing machine. Seal Check allows for easy observation of the sealing effect, and the seal must be free from wrinkles, bubbles, or other irregularities. If so, conduct a sealing inspection.
If the sealing effect is abnormal, first check whether the sealing parameters are correct. Is the sealing pressure, temperature, and sealing time suitable for the packaging material. Different medical packaging materials have a certain sealing temperature range.
If the sealing effect is still lacking or irregular, it is necessary to check whether the heating wire and PTFE cloth are damaged (if it is a continuous sealing machine, it is necessary to check whether there are foreign objects stuck inside and causing poor sealing, or whether the rotating pressure wheel is damaged or dirty).
According to ISO11607, the sealing (seal pattern) should meet the following requirements:
-No leakage holes;
-Materials do not separate or stratify;
-Continuous sealing width;
-No slits or openings
